What SigMint is

SigMint places one clearly-labeled sponsored line, for an offer you choose, in your Gmail signature, and tracks clicks on your personal link. When those clicks lead to commissions from our affiliate partners, we share the revenue with you. By creating an account you agree to these terms. SigMint is currently in beta; features and these terms may change, and we'll keep this page current.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and connect only a Google account you own. You're responsible for choosing which offer appears next to your name — nothing is placed without your action, and you can remove the line or disconnect at any time, which restores your original signature.

Earnings

The split. You earn a share of commissions we actually receive from affiliate networks for conversions attributed to your links. The current revenue share is shown in the product (today: 70% to you).

Estimates are estimates. Figures shown before an advertiser confirms a sale are informational projections, not amounts owed. Commissions become payable only after the network confirms them, any reversal window has passed, and the network has paid us.

Payouts. During beta, payout mechanics (schedule, method, and a reasonable minimum threshold) are being finalized; confirmed earnings accrue to your account in the meantime. If a network reverses a commission (for example, a refunded customer), the corresponding amount is deducted from your balance or future earnings.

Acceptable use

Your tracked link exists to live in your email signature, placed by SigMint. You agree not to: distribute it via bulk email, newsletters, automated sequences, or spam; post it in ways designed to generate low-quality or automated traffic; click it yourself or encourage clicks to inflate counts; or misrepresent your relationship with an advertiser. If you share the link anywhere outside your signature, you are responsible for disclosing that it's a sponsored/affiliate link.

We may pause links, remove offers, withhold earnings derived from traffic that violates these rules, or suspend accounts — these protections are what keep the platform in good standing with networks on behalf of every other user.

Your signature

We store your original signature before making any change and restore it when you remove the line or disconnect. We only modify the signature in response to your actions. We are not responsible for changes made by Google, your email client, or edits you make directly in Gmail settings.

The boring-but-important part

SigMint is provided "as is," without warranties. We don't guarantee any level of clicks, conversions, or earnings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amounts payable to you under these terms. You may stop using SigMint at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, paying out any legitimately earned balance.
